Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.  

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via email.  

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

We do not support modifications to items or delivery details once an order has been placed. If needed, you may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
