  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact 
  • All original tags, labels, and boxes must be returned as received 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the specified timeframe. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return to (mention email) 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images 

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear images showing the issue to help speed up the process 

Step 3: Follow Instructions 

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for completing the return process 

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If a returned item only partially meets the return requirements (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it promptly.
